The US Open golf event will be getting ongoing on Thursday June 16 from the congressional country club in Bethesda, Maryland. One aspect of this year’s event might bear a striking resemblance to Smith’s era, however. Congressional Country Club measures an intimidating 7,574 yards. Mike Davis recently revealed plans to shorten some holes for a round to Golf Digest. The top three players in the world are from outside the US: Luke Donald and Lee Westwood are from England, and Martin Kaymer is from Germany. Here is the tv schedule below
