Phoenix Jones, the Seattle Superhero

Phoenix Jones (real name Benjamin John Francis Fodor) is the self-proclaimed crime fighter and Super Hero in Seattle.
Seattle police arrested Phoenix Jones, the leader of the Rain City Superhero Movement on Sunday when he allegedly doused a group of people with pepper spray.
Phoenix Jones (Benjamin John Francis Fodor-23) had been fighting crime on the streets of Seattle, but this weekend Jones was on the other side of the law
Jones said that he was trying to stop a fight under a Seattle bridge, but police arrested him for 4th degree assault.
He was in his costume when he was arrested. He was the suspect of fourth-degree assault. He was accused of using pepper spray on four people who were treated by medics, as per a Seattle police report.
Jones spent about 7 hours in the King County Jail and was bailed on posting $3,800 on Sunday afternoon. His next court appearance is scheduled for Thursday.
