The Indian wrestling champ and actor Dara Singh, who played
the ‘Hanuman’ in Ramanand Sagar's "Ramayana," died on July 12 2012
in Mumbai due to heart attack. He was 84 when he died.
He was India’s original He-Man. His last movie was "Jab We Met" in 2007. Before passing away at 84, the wrestler Dara Singh insisted on a daily dose of a full glass of milk and badam-pista. Dara Singh loved doing Surya Namaskars, even when he had crossed the age of 60. Everyone is going to miss such a legend Dara Singh.
