Catalina Robayo (22-year-old Miss Colombia), the reigning Miss Colombia, has scandalized the organization by making official appearances in mini skirts (without panties.) Catalina Robayo has been seen attending publicity events for the upcoming Miss Universe pageant without underwear and consequently she has received a volley of strict warnings from the officials for her risque dress appearances. There have been photos and media appearances where she has completely had her crotch out. She was photographed at one official appearance by a local newspaper doing her best Sharon Stone impression. And also the photograph, which shows her in this situation, has been published on the front page of the local paper.
